YAY Tan-Tar-A is tommorow.  The orchestra gets to perform there this year.  I wish we got to stay there longer tho.  I love that place so much so many happy memories.

So yeah I'm going to get 2 bachelors degrees here at MSU before leaving for grad school.  After I finish my music performace I'm going to bet my comprehensive bachelors in Planning. (city planning) Iv'e always been really interested in cities and how they work for as long as I can remember.  It's a great paying job and there lots of them everywhere. (meaning globaly) City planning will be my steady job until there is a spot that I get in an orchestra.  Im still searching for grad schools though.  Untill next time!  Rather untill I have more time!

YAY SCHOOL!  I'm so glad to be back.  I like seeing my friends.  Break was really boring with out them.  Yay for music!  In orchestra we have 2 new bassoons, compared to one..  And on top of that they are good!  One of them I went to highschool with and she was in SYS as 1st chair basoon since 8th grade.  1st day of band today, it was interesting.  Soo much brass.  I'm glad I didn't see any marches in the folder.

I really like my new teachers so far.  I took salazar for theory and ear training.  He's probally as interesting as theory is going to get.  My PLN100 teacher is funny as hell.  Hes a native britain and his accent cracks me up.  Plus on top of that hes super critical and passionate about teaching.  My PSY121 teacher seems pretty cool.  I think she will do a good job of making lectures somewhat interesting.  I hope I can find a spot in the gen ed DAN180.  I would like to pick up a few extra credit hours.

Sweet I finally got registered.  I didnt fill out some stupid form so my registration got revoked... then I tried to register online and my stupid worthless $50/mo internet kept disconnecting.  So finally last night I reregistered online and got everything cleared up.

I put myself in charge of grocery shopping at my house.  I always complained about how bad my dad was at shopping.  So now he gives me a budget and I go out and buy groceries!  It's nice having my dad's income to buy food.  But in a more practical manner I buy healtheir foods and find better deals than my dad did.  And is it strange that I want to buy a new toaster and a george forman grill?

I got to hang out with Scott on monday and he stayed the night at my house.  We had a good time but he fell asleep kinda early.  We watched scary movie 3, it was my first time. Then the next day we ate at McAlisters with our old SYS friend Melissa.  It's so good to see Melissa it reminds me of all the good times I had in SYS.  SYS was so amazing, I miss it dearly.

So much more time off than in high school.  I can honestly say I am looking forward to school starting.

I'm so glad the band is back!  YAY!!  I went to Scott's (whom I'm very glad is back) house last night and we watched the Phantasm movie series.  It was a lot of fun but, the movies where lame.  I couldn't make any sense of them.  They where supposed to be sci-fi horror but they wherent scary, and they wherent good sci-fi.  But despite that I got to meet 2 of Scott's high school friends and hang out with Fossier.  Scott's friends Chris was a really cool guy, but I didnt talk to the other guy much.  I can't wait for another movie marathon to goto.

Hmmm..... My new years went pretty good.  I went springfields first night thingy with my family.  Everything was pretty full, we didn't actually get to do anything.  But soon we will go ice skating together.

I saw Mr. Fossier at Panera.  He gave me a bagel!  I'm realizing that I really admire Ryan and am looking forward to spending more time with him.  Sadly we aren't in the same band, but who expects to be in Wind Ensemble as a freshy?

Man I am so sore.  I havn't been this sore since I first started lifting wieghts.  I can't walk up stairs unless there is handrail!!  Next time after time off I'm going to take it easy on leg day.
